A. We don't post other technicians work to criticise it.
B. There is no need to mention anyone's ethnic origin

Now we understand that then feel free to post your Before and After pictures.

This post could be wonderful as far as make over transformations goes. However perhaps a better angle to come at could be natural nail make overs. Bitten nails, mis shapen nails to then everyone's fab work making them beautiful. No critiquing then, just praise and inspiration.

So nice! I've only just been trained in nails so it all still very new to me! How do you get your nails shaped like thy? I live them x x x

A great transformation .. good job. I think any images be they a transformation of a set of nail enhancements or a transformation of natural nails with enhancements. I find before and after shots very inspiring.

I didn't get a picture
but I had a proud moment the other week when a lady came to me with really short, bitten nails, complaining her nail tech couldn't get anything to stay on her nails longer than 4 days.
She also said when she has extensions they where always really bulky and didn't look natural.

Anyway I did her acrylic extensions, natural tips with gelish colour over and she LOVED THEM!
And she came back 11 days later for her Infills, every nail still intact and lots I growth!

It really was a transformation and I was so proud hehe

I've shared these before but here are pictures from mother and daughter nail biters. These were taken a few months apart and they grew their nails with fortnightly CND Shellac manicures. The mums thumbs are the the most amazing. Took just over 6 months to completely grow out.

Unfortunately the daughter has relapsed and started to bite again, she's gone off to University. She's been stressed and home sick and hates herself for biting again.

Actually it took me very long time to file down that old apparently gel, but god knows what gel was it..it wasn't acrylic either..if normally it takes me 2h for infills, this took me almost 4h

I seem to attract a lot of nail biters - and like to encourage them to grow their nails without the aid of enhancements - this client had her last of 6 "Healthy Nails" appointments on Sunday. She came every 10 days, and I gave her a Shellac manicure. Her cuticles were the worst I have seen, but are now in much better condition. I made sure she always used her solar oil - she was very pleased with the results - as was I x

a personal friend with very bad cuticles & short bitten/picked nails - I usually hate doing l&p on bitten nails and arnt very confident but I loved these - not a long length but manageable for her
