This is where your training is severely lacking Belle "some raw talent" I think is a little extreme. Yes there is some ok work on there, but some seriously need extra training! As a trainer surely you should be advising some of those students that a) they need to use more hair b) their blending skills need improvement c) their finish needs improvement.

I agree belle, rather funny the other day you removed my post on your business page over facebook. The picture of the tight bonds your teaching your students to fit. Your supposed to teach fitting hair extensions not teaching hair loss. I think your teachers need to retrain as I would not teach anyone how to apply large tight bonds. I think it's disgraceful.

Thank you very much i used 160 strands of 0.9g client didn't want it to be too thick so i made it thick enough to blend well but not over what she wanted xxx

150grams 1g/strands client wanted to use a really golden blonde to bring out the gold tones in her hair and it worked really well quite happy with my self x

Before and after 150g double drawn indian remy hair, can anyone recommend a good cutting course I did a finishing off course for extensions but I need something in more depth to help give a better finishx
