I bent my acrylic nail back a few weeks ago and it lifted my actual nail up off the nail bed it stoped hurting after a few days but left the nail as it is dident cut it’s down or anything it now don’t hurt at all but I can still lift the nail up and today it’s stared clicking like there an air bubble or something underneath it and my nail has turned white apart from a little bit and due to get infills tomorrow will it be okay to get infills

Nope, the overlay need removing to see what is going on underneath. I suspect it's a seriously case of nail separation known as onycholysis. Depending on the severity you might be able to have a super short overlay to help protect it a little but if it's really bad then no. You would just be setting yourself up for more problems and potential infections.
