hello everyone :D
i had a client in with bent fingers
she wanted white tips with an overlay of acrylic, they were ok but i knew they could have been better, she was happy though.

what is the best way to overcome this, should i have followed the nail, the finger or place the tip at an angle ????? :?
thankyou in advance dawn x

Hi,
Normally you would line up the tips with the part of the finger that's between the hand and articulation. (Is this clear? I can't seem to find the right words today!!) Anyhow, after filing the tips, make sure that you look at the hand palm facing you. The tips should be straight at the top.

Another way of puting it:

Line the tip up with the knuckles... kind of 'connect the dots' so to speak. If the knuckles are freaked out... use some professional discretion and creative judgement ;)
