Bad posture suggests this set up and the chairs aren’t right. (Clinical massage therapist here)
1. Feet should be flat on floor and underneath knees so weight is balanced and body supported.
2. Shoulders are not supposed to be attached to the ears!
3. “Hunt and peck”chicken style head position a no no.
4. Bums should be well positioned with good contact to seat base, legs should be apart (on a saddle stool) so that body position is more an Asian squat posture. thighs should touch the seat.
My general thoughts are that the girls are too low and too far away. This style of pedicure throne isn’t intended to be mounted on a raised platform. So the clients feet are too high.
The saddle stool base is rather large for your ladies who are not choosing to sit legs astride as intended but perching uncomfortably on the pommel or leaning backwards. Try a conventional flat seat for them. 2. Their chairs should have wheels this will allow them to move about which will significantly improve their comfort and allow them to engage their core muscles more. 3. The seat is also a bit low for them and the girls are also too far from the feet. Their poor body mechanics are to compensate for the clients being too high and too far away. There is no-where for the girls to place their feet. They should have their feet in line with their knees, there isn’t any room for their feet at the base of the stool which is why they haven’t got their feet flat on the floor. Try bringing the thrones forward, that would help,
