Best cool ash brands?

Hi, please can someone help. When using blonde tints on clients (I have used several brands in the last 5 years) but I always find the tints are never cool or ashy enough and end up going really warm.
Am I doing something wrong or do you think it’s just under tones?

Any tips would be appreciated I just want the best brand for the coolest of tones blonde and brown. Thank you x

If it’s not cool enough, are you using the correct % matching developer and leaving it on long enough or (in the case of blonde) are you using tint when you’d be better off using bleach followed by a toner?
Have you got any examples you can show us?

Drop your developer if its not a high % of grey you could possibly get away with like 8.0 8.1 type base colour 1:1 ratio
Using 10vol will expose less warmth than 20vol
But depends on % of grey [emoji106]
