I am due to give birth in August. Due to not losing all my baby weight from my first. I will have around 4+ stone to lose Im approximating after this baby!
Already got my training plan down for after my 6 week check should everything go well, but Id love to hear experiences on different diets or detox's you've tried.
Im not looking for an easy way out, good diet and exercise are well on the agenda however i want too lose a few stone fairly quickly to start with to motivate me and get on the right track!!
