Best electric beauty/massage couch?

I'm finally thinking of investing in an electric beauty/massage couch. Can anyone recommend a multi purpose electric couch? Ive looked at quite a few which seem perfect for beauty treatments but maybe too narrow in width for my much larger massage clients to be comfortable on and have enough room for their arms to lay on the couch at the side of their body during treatments. I don't want a monster of a couch either as i don't have that much space in the treatment room. There are so many on the market. Any recommendations greatly appreciated .
