Hi All,

I have a lot of small bump type spots under my skin - most are just bumps and even under a good coverage of foundation, in the sun you can see these.

Can anyone recommend a really good exfoliator to help and also with Blackheads that I seem to have started to suffer with. I have always had really good, clear skin, but now at 33, my skins seems to have changed with these bumps / blackheads?

Thanks in advance.

You could look into using a product that is Glycolic acid based. Be warned, it does make your skin more sensitive to the sun though so a good SPF must always be worn whilst using and for a week or longer after (we should all be using SPF everyday anyway ) x

Hi.

Thank you for your comment. Where would be the best place to get this from and best brand?
I do have an spf in my moisturiser too.

Get to a skin salon and have a full skin consultation.

As @squidgernetball says, the best thing to do is go and have a skin consultation with a salon that specialises in skincare. That way they can see your skin and recommend the best course for you to help with your skin x

Ok, I always worry about finding the right one and that they will sell me things I may not need. I don't feel that it is that bad that products alone cannot fix, just need the right products.
