I‘ve got really long fine hair and wanting to get extensions for the first time.

(I was quite ill at the end of 2018, my hair shed extensively at the end of 2019, all seems normal again now, but you can clearly see a lot of volume has gone)

I’ve seen two hairdressers and also an extensions specialist...all have come back with differing options, thus im confused what to do for the best...either

- remi cachet ultra tips
- tapes
-beauty works keratin bonds

If anyone had an opinion I’d be so grateful to hear it

Thank you ever so much xx

Hiya. I have thin hair and have tried nunerous extensions. Nano rings for me work fab they are small discreet and great for thin hair. Id never do glue ones again as too heavy and found my hair worse on removal. I have a half head which i find manageable and comfortable. Hth from a personal opinion.

I have very fine hair and some alopecia and the Remi cachet ultra tips are amazing! They are smaller and flatter than nano bonds and very light weight. I had mine done in the hair show by remi cachet they were fantastic. The hair quality was so good although they are quite pricy for a full head. As a hairdresser of 15 years looking for good extensions I would highly recommend these if you can afford them Hope this helps. X

Thank you so much for your replies - its helped so much ❤️❤️

Hi I am part of the Racoon Hair in Recovery programme and I always apply ultra fine fusion bonds to fine hair, the size of bond and weight of hair can be tailored to suit your natural hair....perfect method for fine hair x

Hey I also have very thin very fine hair and have been using beauty works keratin bonds now for 5 year, never have I had any problems my hair is in great condition eventually and all seems to be good this is them in my hair, never had breakage or any more loss than normal. I have once tried foxy and it was my worst decision of my life this is the 2nd photo.... u can see the difference

I’ve just seen on my original post I forgot to put the other option I was spoken to about too - a Remi Cachet single row volume weave

Thank you so much for your replies ❤❤
