Hi fellow geeks!!
I've been doing nails for quite some time and specialise in acrylic but also qualified in Gel.

I still use the brand I trained with but wanted to upgrade! I'm a bit out of the loop with what is the best on the market..... Any suggestions??

Sorry if there is all ready a thread for this, I couldn't find one in the search section :/

Thank you ;)

Everyone is going to have their preferred choice, for me it's IBD, I find it a nice gel to work with, only thing I don't like is the extreme French white is a 4 min cure,
I've used The Edge gel in the past but got loads of problems with it lifting, chipping, maybe down to poor application bit I don't like it x

I use bio sculpture, really love it :) expensive but worth it :).. Big range of colours and lovely to work with :) But as said above i think everyone has there own opinion!!

I'm primarily an l&p tech, but I'm also qualified in Brisa and Biosculpture. Both are good, Biosculpture is better for an NNO, but Brisa is better for tip & overlay. If I had to choose 1 it would be Brisa, I prefer the look of Brisa to Bio too, and these days for NNO everyone wants Shellac anyway. I actually very rarely use Biosculpture these days to be honest.

The best gel?
The most important to me is SAFETY both for me and for the clients.
I have a lot of allergies and I will always look after hypoallergenic products. And a good all over series of products. Not only my gel, I want preparation to work and finish product to make me proud of the nails leaving me.
I also want a brand easy to fill stock with. Persons who knew the industry and not just babbling about how good something they just sell but not work with. And then I want a easy going application and easy filing off, comfort for the client !

We all think different and love different, the main concern is not the name of the brand, It’s what brand make U doing great nails and love to working with nails..
