To be honest, finding great hair at a good price without charging your clients n arm and a leg is pretty hard.
Look up the most popular supplies in your country and get a sample from each of them and test the hair.
Sometimes you can't really tell if the hair is good or not until about 6 washes.
You really need to becareful there are soo many wholesalers out there that use hair that is complete crap and coats them in silicone and makes their buyers think it is silky smooth.
Test them on a client and get her to review them for you.

Go for a local supplier so you can see the quality of their products before purchasing.
