Best place to find a beauty room to rent?

Hi All

Just a quick query - where is the best place to find available beauty rooms to rent?

I’m looking for a space to provide nail and lash extension treatments. I am based in Staffordshire.

At this point, as I cannot find anything suitable, I am considering creating a home salon - however, I am thinking it would perhaps be more professional to rent a room in a hair salon or equivalent.
