Hi
I want to employ some nail techs that are really passionate about nails and technically very proficient. Customer service is also key so they need to have in depth knowledge about nails plus the ability to do a really great luxury manicure and pedicure (plus l an p, minx and shellac). The best manicure I have had is from someone that originally trained in beauty therapy and the whole experience felt very relaxing and luxurious. What qualification would you suggest putting in the adverts - nvq 2 or 3 plus CND training?
