Hi can anyone recommend a sky blue colour? It’s for a young man so minimum upkeep if possible. It’s going on over bleach as his natural base is 5.

If your client is completely committed to having blue hair then I'd use manic panic - because there's no way that stuffs coming out!
Another good colour range fir this kind of colour is pulp riot.
