The triple one I have is great. I can use 2 for main course and the 3rd for dessert. They aren't huge but it's enough for that day X

My faves are chilli and chorizo, minted lamb shanks and posh fish pasta!

Chilli & chorizo
*500g of mince
*Mixed veg (any root veg is fine)
*Chorizo usually around 1/2 a sausage
*1-2 tins of chopped tomatoes (I prefer one)
*Pasata (just a squidge will do)
*2 cloves of garlic
*1/2 glass of red wine

You can have this with anything, pasta potatoes .... Chips with cheese on top (if you have had one of those days! )

Minted lamb
* Any boned lamb ( I use the 2 frozen shanks from Aldi as they are a fiver and feed 3!
* Any Mixed veg
* 2 cups of gravy
* splash of red wine
* mint sauce

Posh fish pasta -low temp
* Any white fish ( I like smoked)
* salmon /prawns or both!
(You can buy fish pie mixes which are perfect for this)
* medium tub of cream fraise (I think 500ml)
*1 full glass of white wine
* 2 cloves of garlic
*The juice 1 whole lemon
*chilli flakes to serve (optional)
*parsley to serve

This can be eaten with pasta or even with mash for fish pie [emoji8]

.... And yes i almost always cook with wine!

Leg lamb. Neat. Throw in. Turn on at 10am. Carved at 6. Perfect. Use the juices mixed with gravy. ..... Delicious.
