Hi all, we don't use this much but I would like to warn anyone using xxxxx.

We are just a listing but today someone booked us. This meant the client was given false information, the client paid Wahanda for a service not available and it cost us time sorting it out. The company fixed it and refunded the client but not once have they said why it happened. It clearly states on their site that online scheduling is not available ! Very strange indeed. Be warned.

This happened to me a while ago, someone booked a treatment that i dont even offer for £5!! Never had an explanation as to why it happened but they cancelled the client. Cant have looked good to the client though!

I twice asked for an explanation as to why they had offered our services without consulting me or us signing up. No answer ! says a lot ! AVOID :(
