Bio Sculpture Frankincense chipping

Hi, bought the lovely new Frankincense colour from Re:New before Christmas. Was disappointed that quite a few of my clients said it chipped within a few days. I agreed as I had it on too. It wasn’t lifting, just chipping at the tips.
Did anyone else have this problem?

I’ll assume you’re stirring the gel sufficiently prior to application, but have you queried this with your area distributor or educator (just in case it happens to be a faulty batch)?
