hi,

I have had 2 clients recently who have bio sculpture nno on, and have painted over them with no7 nail varnish, different types of colours. and they have completely stained the gel and the colour wont come off.
they have applied the bio topcoat before hand so this shouldnt happen and i have never found this has happened with any other brand of nail varnish

has anyone else found this? or any other brands?

thanks!

They need to be applying a base coat.

This is a perfect opportunity for you to retail base, enamel and top coat.

Have you buffed the enhancement ?

Hiya

If I was you I would strongly recommend to clients that they only use Bio enamel over their overlays. As Bio is a soak off gel its porous so they can stain.

sell them a coloured gel overlay:green:

Bio do recommend that you use their gel matching varnishes, but I have used Essie over many NNOs without any problems at all.

Perhaps your client inadvertently applied the colour before the Bio top coat? In any case, I think it would be prudent to use professional products on NNos as opposed to high street alternatives.
