Hi all

Desperately need help please. I have a client who has bio sculpture on her nails. I am Gelish trained and attempting to remove but it just won't budge.

She has mentioned that when she goes to the nail salon they usually 'peel' it off!! The thought made me shudder but she says they use a tool to grab the gel layer and literally pull it off. I'm assuming this isn't correct bio removal but would be grateful of any advice as I'm an hour in!

Thanks

It usually just needs a lght buff on top to break top layer then soak with their remover for 10 mins sorry i cant help more, maybe try acetone if you have any x

Light* definitely no peeling off it kind of shrivels off same as shellac etc

Thank you! Managed to get it off in the end but felt like there was a crystallised layer on the bottom!

Thanks though, I assured her the peeling off wasn't normal. Her nails seemed to be in a terrible state :-(
