Hi huns.I've just had a mobile nail technician come and do my bio sculpture nails today at 45 pounds. My nails were very short as I cut them down as I was having acrylics before and they ruined them.
Anyway my technician lengthened them and only 2 0r 3 hours later one of my nails is half coming off and another is torn half way across. It happened after washing a few dishes.I've been consious of being very delicate and I'm used to being aware and careful with fake nails as I've been having them done for many years.
Am I entitled to have them replaced free of charge?
Thanks xx

I would contact the person who did them for you!

Hi, to be honest ....it really is at her discretion as to whether she repairs it for free or not.....if I personally thought it was something I had done or not done then I would repair FOC...but if i could see (and we can tell by just looking at the nail) that it wasn't anything i had or hadn't done done them I would charge you to repair it.

I would just ring her and explain whats happened (leave your nails just as they are so she can see) it would be in her best interest to offer to come back and look at them as soon as she can to ***** the situation.

Hope this helps a little. x

If your nails were severely damaged prior to application, it may be rather difficult for anything to stick and breaks will become very easy as the nail plate is terribly weak. If your nails are so thin that you actually need something on them to protect them, then find a soak off gel tech. No tips, no glue no acrylic right now.

Do not rip or pull anything off. Don't pick, don't mess with it. If your nails are as damaged as I think they might be, it's best to let a professional do a proper removal or you are going to regret it.

If the natural nails are not weak or damaged, then your issues could stem from several possible issues, and could be the fault of the technician. There are too many variables here and we cannot see your nails or know what they looked like prior to your enhancement service.

Thanks for the answers! She's coming bk today and replacing the nails (that have now fallen off completely)free of charge which is kind of her-I'd happily pay but I did have a few costly treatments with her so for 2 nails to comeoff so soon is very annoying!!tHANKS AGAIN XXXXXX
