Please help!
I have been trained and past my exam with Bio-Sculpture since march, some of my darker coloured overlays stay on fine....however my frenches seem to always chip! andsometimes my colours peel off!

I am applying a clear, 1 x thin white, another 1 x thin white and then a pink...then s -gel.

Another time I did 1 x pink and 2 x thin white with s gel to finish!

Its so embarrasing as I have a lot of new clients coming up ...as have just started working in an office and everyone wants overlays for the christmas party!

What can I do, I have used a de-hydrater as well which doesn't seem to help!!

I would be very interested in a response to that too. I have just passed my exam and i have the odd person with a french finish or just a clear finish having problems with peeling at the free edge. Its not everytime though.
I have had a clear nno on my nails for a number of weeks (approx 8) to get them longer and i have had no problems with peeling.
I use the clear, thin white, thin white, pink or clear then s-gel method.

...are you sure you are capping the free edge....and if you are capping the free edge are you sure your not filing away that capping when you do your final tidy up...???

I think so....the client I have just coming up has really really short bitten nails...how can I cap them?

put a form on...this will stop the gel getting on her skin but enabling you to cap...also just bear in mind that she could be having a nibble.
