Hi Everyone, Was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what causes biosculpture to soften and almost bubble up? I've had a couple of issues with a couple of clients gels acting as if they have tried to half soak off their gels but not completed the process. The gel has softened and almost bubbled up then peeled off. I've thought about prep but that's all fine, curing time is fine, client say they haven't put anything on them and always wear rubber gloves. both clients have had them before and not had problems, its only been recently. Do you think it could be the lamp bulbs need replacing or any other reason?

Many Thanks!

Clients are exposing their nails to household products without gloves.

They will deny it - but I have had this happen to the odd client who have argued with me that they have worn their gloves and yet I could smell the bleach on their nails when I have started to buff.

The gel is delicate so that it can be soaked off easily - but it will not tolerate anything alcohol/chemical based - it will bubble then peel. It isn't always immediate either - its like the gel absorbs the product and the bubbling can occur the next day (hence the denial of the client)
