I've recently had bleach highlights in my hair and they've gone a gingery tone how am I fix this?

Go back to the salon and ask them to fix it for you, if it's very bad.
Do you use a salon quality purple shampoo for blonde hair? I like Osmo and Fudge shampoos for decent quality without breaking the bank. Your salon should be able to offer a good recommendation.
If you use a harsh detergent shampoo such as the cheapy ones found in supermarkets or Boots etc., they will remove the tone from any highlights very quickly.

I've been using the purple shampoo n conditioner but I don't think it's working ,I don't know if it's because my hair is so damaged where I bleach it so much

Go back to the salon and have it toned again.
Silver shampoo is useless as your hair isn't yellow which is what its intended for and the shampoo isn't heavily pigmented enough to neutralise that.
