Hi everyone I’m looking some advice for my sister she’s recently went blonde and it’s took a lot of the Heath out of her hair , she’s just wondering what dose everyone suggest for chemically damaged hair

Depending on damage I would do a protein treatment maybe once a month and a moisture treatment weekly along side of a good shampoo and conditioner. Natural oils are god for the hair and potentially and olaplex treatment may be good.

Have a hair spa every month. Moreover, she should not dye her hair so soon again as it will cause further damage to the hair. Buy a treatment hair mask with natural oils like coconut or argan.

Argan Oil is Rich in Vitamin E. For a long time now, hair experts have been using pure argan oil for African American hair as it has proven to be effective as a conditioner for the hair and scalp (Copy - Paste)
