Bleaching, no scales & gone wrong

1:2 TzBlue Tz 40vol 12% x 2

I having a bleaching nightmare. The hair began at level 2 Virgin cuticle aligned.

They have been co washed.
Products I have:
Wella Blonder Powder
Wellaplex 40% 12vol
Ion Cream Peroxide 30% 9vol

-Trouble is I don't have a scoop or weighing scales. During bleaching I plastic wrapped saturated and re applied after 30 min .

I worked out a 1:2 ratio with the same spoon at a friends house.
1 spoon – 5g: 2 spoon 10ml
I mixed up 30g to 60 ml in both 30vol 9% and 40vol 12%


Coconut oiled all over.
1:2 tzblue : Ion 30%9vol
30min Plastic Wrapped.
re-applied.
50minn Foiled.







What am I doing wrong?
I now have these products available.
WellaBlonder
Wellaplex 40vol 12%
ion 30vol 9%

The wellaplex can be diluted with water?
I have no scoop or scales. Just teaspoons. Are foils better?
I've washed and applied co conut oil.
how long should I leave on ends? Ids and tops?
