Hi just wondered if any1 could pleeeeeese help! I have bleached my hair for years (in a salon) but it is breaking really bad. Should i go dark? But i would need to do this with a home kit and tips please?

Its unprofessional to advise anything that will be carried out at home, im sure u can appreciate that, going darker does create a nicer, healthier looking hair but the damge is still there under it all.
do u straightener ur hair all the time??
is the bleach overlapping when carried out??
are u drying ur hair on to hot a setting??
these are all factors in why ur hair is breaking in the first place, treat ur hair with the kit gloves it deserves and use some deep conditioning treatments at least once a week and cut off as much of the damage as poss. split ends will only spread up the hair and cause further damage.
