I wear boots.:)
I love wearing boots.:)
I tend to wear boots A LOT!
I tend to forget to put socks on.

I now have a 'scar' running around my calves where the top of the boot rubs.

Question: Will these marks ever go away? Will they fade and go back to normal or am I 'scarred' for life.

Don't know about being scarred for life but that is so not a good look lol............ wear ballet pumps you loon lol xxxxxxxxx

well now the weather is picking up my boots will be relegated to the bottom of the wardrobe.

I wear pumps for work, but wear boots the rest of the time, like walking the dog and walking to school.

How about some Ugg boots??????? Nice and soft and wont cause nasty scars xxxx

will have to post a picture for you! ha! ha!

I wear boots too - Timberland :) unless I have my DCs on or Salon Shoes for College.

Not sure about the 'scars', try wearing socks and see if they go?

ooooh, chick-fight!

I have a client who were's boots all the time for work- in all weathers, and doing a tan on her is a nightmare, she is always left with a dark line where her boot tops fininsh!!
Sooo what we decided to do was exfoliate the area and use a rich moisturiser twice a day and after 2-3 weeks they are starting to soften up, even tho she still has to were her boots the problem is no where nearly as bad.
So dont fear.. I dont think your 'scared for life' as you put it, just give yourself a scrub and moisturise as often as you can and you should notice a big differance in no time! :) at the end of the day its only dry skin!
Good luck

Oh and i forgot to say... just actually massaging the area will get the blood flow going and will help get rid of the marks and puff your skin out again.
See Ya
