Botox training advice

Hi
I am a midwife (non prescriber) looking into doing a Botox and dermal fillers training course. Would anyone be able to help me out with my research as I have read lots of different things

- is it financially worth it? What is the cost of insurance etc
- I will eventually do a prescribe course if it works out, is it easy to find a prescriber and what is the general charge per patient for prescription? The training provider say they can provide prescribers but in guessing they will be expensive
Can any doctor prescribe or do they have to have experience in aesthetics?
- can you order Botox before it is prescribed or does it have to be ordered for the individual patient?
