Bouquet help please

does anyone have any advice regarding bouquets as i have bought some oasis posy holders and for the life of me i cant get the flowers to stay put they keep popping out

florists normally used a heat gun flower. they "wrap" the base of the flower in heated glue, then put into the oasis
