Client used color oops and lifted level 4 hair to around a level 6/7. Then, applied wella 050 with 20 volume peroxide over that and was left with the photo below.
They'd like to get to a mushroom/gray color. Ashy with no brass. Amy tried and true formulas to achieve this?

The MLE needs to be lifted first to at least a 9 ideally a 10 to eliminate as much warmth as possible. Then you can tone it with colour touch 7/89 + 8/71 + 1.9% and I'd deepen the root down with colour touch 4/71 + 1.9%
