If you're referring to the Brazilian Blow Out keratin treatments, no. They are not safe to perform or get while pregnant. I do not know if any keratin smoothing treatment companies that would advise using around expectant mothers so I would contact the company for the msds sheet to take to the dr to decide

I only know 72 Hair Brazilian blow dry and it's absolutely awful they changed their formula so it's a waste of money, avoid.
