Guys, i disagree i am afraid, but again this is every one to there own . At no point did i say u could not use strip wax for intamate waxing. I said if she 'used strip wax, no wonder she bruised'. The reason i said this is because strip wax is less forgiving in intamate areas, and as she struggles with holding the skin in the correct place then the wax would not have helped, as it sticks to the skin and the hairs. The skin around the labia is highly sensitive and very fleshy, hence why many of us waxing specielists use oil and hot wax to prevent damage being caused in sensitive areas. Why would we spend extra money on purchasing the wax when we could go to the wholesalers and pick up any strip wax and wax our intamate ladies. This is because of the finish the wax gets, because it is less painfull for the client, because it does not stick to the skin even though the skin still needs to be held firmly bruising does not occur Hence why so many of us, including kim, who told me on my course that she would never dream of using strip wax on the intamate areas because it causes more pain and is less forgiving.
I have been waxed by many proffesionals over the years , i have been in the industry for over 8 years and have always bruised, my tutor who was also an external varifier also bruised me using strip wax and she was a very good therapist. She then introduced me to hot wax, using the figure of eight technique which had better results. But back then not many salons offered this service. When i met kim, i was reluctant to get on the couch, untill she told me the benefits of in the bedroom that is, because of how easily i bruised, she explained why she does not use strip waxing and god were the results unbeleivable. Hence why i asked her what wax she used. So guys we will have to agree to disagree on this one. x
