Hi Guys

I was under the impression that when you wear any type of nail extensions that every so often they need to be removed to let your natural nail breathe.

But from reading some of the posts and referring back to my previous post "Natural Nail Damage" it appears not.

Is it just gel nails that can be constantly worn without a break or is it all enhancements?

Thanks

x

As long as the enhancements are done correctly i.e not damaging the nail plate in any way by over filing etc. Any type of enhancement can be worn indefinately. I have clients ive had for 6-7 years wearing L&P enhancements without a break and their nails are fine. I myself have worn them for over 10 years without a problem. x:wink2:
