Brisa and Brisa Lite

Currently use bio sculpture great for nno but don't find it strong enough for extensions. I've trained with various hard gels but don't particularly like any of them so want to try Cnd. My question is do I need to train in brisa and brisa lite or is brisa lite alone sufficient ? Xx

I find the two rather different to work with. Here in the U.S. the classes are combined so you learn both.
