Hi Guys

I'm looking at doing the Brisa Conversion course. I will admit that I am not only looking to convert because I have read so many good things about Brisa but also because I have had good experiences with customer service so far with creative.

However I do not want to make another costly mistake. Now this mistake may well be my own. I Know that I did not ask enough questions and certainly not the right ones. So heres some of the questions that I will be asking the lady that I hope to train me via email. (if I do it on the phone I'm a goldfish and will forget)

what can I expect to happen on the day, what does the conversion cover ?

what does it not cover and when should I realistically be looking at doing more training.

once you have the done the conversion course does your trainer keep in contact with you to see if you are having any problems?

What happens if your trainer stops training for you, does your 'case' get handed over to some one else.

Are you offered more training days which specialise in design, shapes ?

how do you progress ????

If you can think of anything else that I should ask please let me know.

And if you would like to share your experiences with me that would also be helpful

Many thanks

(ok think I have redeemed myself ) lol

All classes are outlined and content explained on Welcome - Sweet Squared or in the education folio which you may request to be sent to you at any time.

what does it not cover and when should I realistically be looking at doing more training. See answer above and when you are ready for more. You may never feel that you are or you maybe hungry llike most other CND technicians.

once you have the done the conversion course does your trainer keep in contact with you to see if you are having any problems? I think this varies as all CND Ambassadors are independent businesses ... if they are smart they do and if you are smart you keep in touch with them if you are having any difficulties

What happens if your trainer stops training for you, does your 'case' get handed over to some one else. You contact Sweet Squared and request info on other training available to you.

Are you offered more training days which specialise in design, shapes ? The Master Classes cover these aspects of training or you can request individual 121 training

how do you progress ???? By following the Master education route.

If you can think of anything else that I should ask please let me know.

And if you would like to share your experiences with me that would also be helpful
Watching my career path with CND is my experience and sharing it here with others.

Hi
I did the Brisa conversion yesterday and it surpassed all my expectations. Go for it. I promise you it's money well spent and you wont regret it. Ive been kicking myself for spending a lot of money on courses that were really not up to scratch. Wish I'd trained with Creative in the first place xx
