Hey peeps, please can you remind me why there is the sticky layer (that has to be removed with scrubfresh) after you have applied Brisa's finishing Top Coat?

Thanks in advance :D :D :D

There is what is know as a sticky 'inhibition' layer (some are taught the word 'disppersion' layer which is incorrect terminology for what we are describing here) left behind after the gel has cured.

This inhibition layer is left because oxygen near the surface of the gel inhibits the last final layer from curing. KInd of like Oxygen inhibits nail enamel from drying quickly.

This inhibition layer only needs to be removed before final finishing and not between coats of gel.
