British Beauty Academy problem

Hi, I booked on to a lash extension course with British beauty academy for today but was unable to attend as my little boy has been poorly. I’ve been calling, texting and emailing the details provided to see if I can change the date but getting no answer. After googling I’m seeing loads of bad reviews about them just wondered if anyone else has had issues contacting them? Thanks

I think you’ll only get a refund after threatening court action going by some previous articles I’ve read online.
Unfortunately, you really should have thoroughly checked the many reviews before booking the course.
