Two weeks ago a friend of mine who does nails did a powder dip manicure for me. After leaving the salon I unfortunately got my nail stuck in the door and it ripped my powered dip and real nail off about halfway down my nail bed. I have pain and my nail bed is exposed. I’ve been using bacetracin and bandaids but my question it- half of my nail is still intact, with the thick powder rip on it, will that cause issues with my nail growing back/ will it cause pain.
