Hi guys just wondered if anyone can help, I learnt how to lash and brow laminate in a salon I worked in however working towards self employment. I just wondered if it is compulsory that I have brow and or lash lamination certificates to be able to offer this treatment? I have been fully qualified for 10 years now.
