Hi everyone, I’ve just trained in brow lamination and have carried out one practice treatment on myself and one on a friend. On my own the tint came out so dark! I left it on my friend for half the time (1.5 mins) and it’s still really dark. Has anyone else found this? I wonder it’s because of the glue on the brows? Thank you.

Lamination opens the pores so hair receives Tint much faster x

I always find that this is the case. I always explain to the Client that the tint will be quite dark as the pores are open. If the clients brows are fairly dark, I always suggest maybe not having the tint. Comes out very dark, don’t leave on for long at all x

I apply the tint to each brow and immediately wipe off working from one brow to the other continuously to avoid going too dark, my lady yesterday only needed it on and off once. As you say they take the tint super quick with Lamination.
It’s how I was taught on my original tinting course when doing the brows.
