Brow lamination with salon system

Hi I was just wanting a bit of advice. I've been using salon system for lash lifts and have had some fab results but on thicker lashes they don't seem to lift as well. I'm also using salon system for brow lamination but I never seem to get the results I want. They don't seem to really change. I was trained in that system n I was told to leave on eyelashes for a max of 15 mins and on brow lamination no more than 8. What would you guys recommend. Is that enough time for resistant lashes and brows? I've also seen people covering the brows with clingfilm. Would that help? I'm getting so frustrated. Tia
