Hello, I have a client that has bruising on her toes after removing her acrylic overlay. Or what I believe to be bruising after she explained she had previous trauma from dropping something on her big toes primarily. I am wondering since clipping away the damaged portion should I deny service in fear or further damage or infection? She wants overlay back on top. Thanks

I'd say trauma, but we're not doctors and shouldn't be diagnosing. If you're not sure refer to a medical professional.
