HI there everyone! 
I was just curious if I could use IBD ultra white builder gel (or any other suitable brand of builder gel) to form 3d nail art such as balloons, a raised rainbow, animal faces (which I would then draw the face on with gel polish). I have not been able to find any information about anyone using thick builder gel for forming raised 3d art on nails. I am not looking to form any major details such as flower petals etc, but just to have a raised 3d surface which can take the form of a balloon etc. If the builder gel would not be thick enough to hold the 3d form for what I require, would I be able to apply acrylic 3d art ontop of gel polish as I currently am only using an led curing lamp and not UV.
