Iv been working from home and had no idea i needed to include business use on my building and contents insurance, does anyone know a good company to use to get this sorted? i am insured as a therapist just need to get the house insurance sorted, thanks in advance

If you contact the insurer you currently have your contents insurance with they will be able to offer you a quote. Be warned, not every insurance company will cover you to work from home so be prepared to do some shopping around.

Try Halifax the only resitriction I have is on the number of clients I can book in per week. There was no extra premium to pay.

Have just tried Halifax and they told me the maximum number of clients I was allowed was 2 per month!!!
