Hi geeks, i waxed a regular clients brows on Friday with warm sensitive wax.
(pot and spatula)
I received a message today to say her brows are still quite red and her skin is cracked! I replied with many apologies and advised aloe vera gel with a promise of a free wax for her next appt.

I have waxed this client for 2 years with no problems previously with the same wax. Does this sound like a burn to you or a graze? Im mortified as im renowned for brow treatments, its what I do the most of and ive never had this before.

Any help appreciated, ty xx

Hi, did you notice if your clients skin was particularly dry that day? Its understandable that you're upset but these things do happen so it's more important to learn from the experience rather than beating yourself up. I'm sure you'll get to the bottom of it x
