I am currently trying to buy a Tanning Salon in my area which has 2 rooms not being used - am I best to rent these rooms to a beautician or employ a beautician to work for me. I am only trained to spray tan, facials and body wraps hence my dilema - can anyone help???

It depends. If you employ, you have the upfront cost of fitting out the room and the risk, but could earn much more, plus you remain in control of the client base. If you are strapped for cash, rent it out. You will make much less, but not have the initial outlay.
