Business assignment

hey people, was wondering if anyone can help me, im doing my NVQ L3 beauty and as part of that we have to do a business assignment, which was fine until i got to the 'potential profit' stage. can anyone give me a rough figure as to how much beauty salons fork out on insurance (public liability and therapists) i have looked on the web but if i want to get a quote i have to already have a salon, which i dont:twisted: getting stressed out by this!!!!

How about phoning BABTAC / Guild / ABT direct, and asking them for a rough idea, or even an average kind of price?
I guess you'd need to tell them what treatments / equipment your theoretical salon would be offering and using.

I'd imagine they'd be more than willing to help.

I guess the aim of the assignment is to get you to do some research, which is pretty much what you'd need to do if you were writting a business plan for any new business for presentation to a bank or investor.
