A new half-day course, designed by Patrick Cameron and his team, will be added to the growing portfolio of high quality training courses for educators available through the Habia Skills Academy (HSA).

Since its inception in late 2011, almost 300 educators have been trained through the HSA in skills gap areas including Male Grooming Services, Hair and Scalp Disorders and Hair Extensions.

Speaking about the development Patrick said, "I am delighted to extend our excellent working relationship with Habia to include a specific course for Educators. I have always been very passionate about standards within our sector and supportive of the fantastic work done by tutors, whether they are in a college, private provider or salon. All delegates will get a fantastic development experience with a truly inspirational course leader."

Based on his latest ‘Pink Collection’, the course will be delivered by Patrick Cameron’s Senior Trainer Jo Wilcox and will support educators in teaching advanced ‘hair up’ techniques. Educators can book on the courses in February at Habia HQ, Doncaster and April at Swindon College.

Habia’s Senior Partnership Manager Nicola Turner explained how the opportunity came about. "We have enjoyed a long-standing relationship with Patrick; he is incredibly supportive of our work and of course is well-known for passing on his skills and techniques through his Training School. It was an obvious next step in our partnership.

"Through the HSA, we deliver unique qualifications and CPD experience to industry educators. We are grateful that Patrick has given his time to develop a short-course aimed this audience which will complement the growing reputation of our courses."

Call Habia on 0845 612 3555 or [email protected] to book. The cost is £95 per delegate.
