Cabin salon advice?

Hi does anyone operate a beauty business from a cabin in their garden with enough room for two treatment rooms I’m looking into this at the moment I’m wondering if it will be warm enough .
I currently work from a bedroom in my house but I’m not liking people coming in the house .

Hi yes I have a hairdressers in my garden … I have heastinh and hot water from my house dug underground into salon .. I have a separate heater too just for top ups works well ..
